all the personnel was super-friendly and affable. the location was tranquil, not too far from the entrance town centre.

Facilities were good, even so Wi-Fi was rather slow.

We loved its convenient restaurant.

Had really good stay for 2 nights. Peaceful and absolutely perfect location - just walking distance from everywhere we needed. Great to be 400 metres away from Big Tuna Fish Co, enjoyed our meal there. The room was a nice size and well-equipped, had comfortable and included a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator.

I requested an apartment and was pleased with its nice size. the walk-in shower was very clean, and everything was really good. the location is fantastic—the hotel is conveniently close to the golf club, surf beach, and just a 10-minute drive to the town center. nearby attractions include Queenscliff, Point Lonsdale, and several lovely wineries like Oakdene. I also enjoyed dining at Fonzirelli Restaurant, which is only 500 meters away.

the setting was excellent, next to 13th beach, the shops at barwon heads / ocean grove and barwon heads for restaurants. had well-appointed, neat room that was need updated furniture.

I really enjoyed it. All in all everything was perfect, had a such wonderful stay during the weekend. The location was marvellous and stunning as for me. The hotel was a good home base for enjoying a really quiet area. The restaurant was exceptional for breakfast and dinner, I tried excellent dishes.

This hotel offers spacious units with plenty of natural light, a fantastic location just minutes from Memorial Park, and exceptional staff who truly deserve a 4-star rating. Spacious units, stunning location, exceptional staff.

This hotel had handy air conditioning and a cozy lounge area in the superior apartment, along with a lovely view of the beach from the window.

disappointing facilities, rude neighbors

the staff were friendly and the room was clean.

the pool was dirty with bugs and there were wobbly tiles. we had a loud wedding party that kept us up until 3:30 am.

The location is great, being close to Queenscliff, Point Lonsdale, and wineries like Oakdene. the rooms are air-conditioned and tidy, with climate control and a lounge. - the staff are very pleasant and accommodating.

Great Location & Wonderful Pool

I recently stayed at a resort located in a beautiful beachfront area. One of the things I appreciated the most about this resort was its fantastic location, which offered stunning views of the beach. Another thing that truly impressed me was the wonderful pool area, where I spent hours relaxing and enjoying the sun.

The absence of Wi-Fi and other in-room services made my business trip more complicated. I found the customer service lacking and not attentive to my needs, which left me feeling frustrated.

This place has such a great location that's super close to two awesome golf courses! 🏌️‍♂️

The rooms here are super clean and have everything you need like a comfy couch, a hairdryer, and even milk! the staff is so friendly and helpful. I paid $365 for my stay, but it was totally worth it. the location is awesome, perfect for a chill vacation in a beautiful area 🌴.

Our stay at the Resort was a delightful experience. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and at home. The cleanliness of the property, especially our room and bathroom, was impeccable. Walking through the golf course to the wild beach added a unique touch to our stay. Despite a few minor issues with broken blinds and confusing signage, our overall visit was enjoyable. We loved the location and would definitely recommend this hotel. a great choice for a vacation destination.
